Payment Methods:
1, PayPal
Great China Travel accepts PayPal for payment. It is the safe and convenient payment method that millions of online buyers and sellers use for their online transaction. If you choose PayPal for payment, you are required to pay an extra 3 % of the total amount as the handling fee. We will email to confirm your booking after we receive the acknowledge email from our PayPal account.
PayPal, as the 3rd payment platform, accepts the payment by your PayPal account or Credit Card( incl. Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, and Discover) .
2, Wire Transfer
If choosing to pay by wire transfer, the client will be requested to send the copy of bank transaction receipts or stubs to us. Once we have received the copy, we will proceed to secure your booking.
3, Alipay
It is a convenient and safe way for the payment. You just need to open the Alipay App, then scan the Alipay QR code we provided for payment.
4, WeChat Payment
It is also a convenient mobile payment. Please open your WeChat App and scan WeChat QR code we provided for payment.
Condition of Deposit & Final Payment
An early booking refers to a booking made more than 90 days before the departure date. A deposit of 30% of the total tour fare is due if you make an early booking. The outstanding balance (70%) will be paid 30 days prior to departure date from your country. Generally speaking, full payment is requested before your arrival date.
A Late booking refers to a booking made in 45 days of the departure date, and are subject to availability. A late booking will only be taken with full payment. The deadline for full payment is 15 days prior to departure date from your country.
Please note that the balance due date will appear on your invoice and NO REMINDER for settlement will be sent. Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
